The following payment policy forms part of the terms and conditions of Use.

If users need any information, instructions or assistance regarding this payment policy, Nevosa provides a customer service center to receive all communications that users wish to conduct. In all cases, users will immediately receive confirmation of their requests through the same communication channel, and this confirmation will be processed and responded to within a maximum of 5 (five) days. 2. Indicate the payment terms when providing the products

Nevosa will provide a description page for each product on its website, which will contain information about its features, ingredients, logistics methods, inventory status, payment terms and total cash price.

3. Purchase Order – Selection of payment method and terms

To purchase the product, customers must visit their account and follow the instructions on the website. After selecting the product and its quantity, the customer will be directed to the payment page to calculate the shipping cost and choose the payment method. This is the final step for the customer to identify and correct any errors that occurred in the previous steps. Once the purchase is completed, it cannot be changed (such as the quantity, product, payment method, etc.). Nevosa will immediately send an email to the customer, clearly stating the purchase number, the product and quantity purchased, the price, the shipping fee, the payment method, and the estimated delivery time or schedule. To ensure customer safety, Nevosa may contact customers on its own or through a third party to confirm whether the purchase has been completed, including confirming registration and payment data. If any data provided by the customer during the purchase process does not match the order, Nevosa may also cancel the order. The customer declares that it has read and is aware of all the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use and their constituent terms.

Order Changes: Generally speaking, Nevosa does not accept any purchase changes (payment method, quantity, location, date or delivery schedule) after the order processing is completed. If a customer wishes to change any item in the order, they can contact SAC (Nevosa Customer Service Center) to confirm whether the change is possible. Changes can only be made if there is still time to modify the order based on the time of the separation and transportation process.

4. Payment method

Customers can use one or two credit cards issued in Brazil (as cardholders or dependents) to pay for their purchases on the website. The credit card brands include: Visa®, Mastercard® and American Express®. For transaction security and to prevent fraud, Nevosa reserves the right to refuse the use of third-party credit cards or credit cards issued overseas.

5. Impact of Payment Methods on product delivery and returns: Distribution. During the purchasing process, Nevosa will inform the customer of the estimated delivery time of the product. The estimated delivery time will take into account the purchased products, their quantity, available inventory, and the distance between our distribution center and the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery time will be calculated from the date of order approval. The specific time may vary depending on the payment method selected. Orders paid by credit card are usually approved within three working days.

Return: If a customer regrets the goods purchased on the website, they can notify Nevosa through the Nevosa Customer Service Center (SAC), apply for a return and cancel the purchase. For specific procedures, please refer to the “Exchange and Return Policy”. If the condition of the goods is good, Nevosa will notify the customer that the return has been accepted and arrange for a full refund of the payment made for the goods, including the price and shipping fee. If a customer regrets one of the items in the order, the shipping fee will be refunded proportionally. Credit card payments will be refunded in the form of transaction refunds. Nevosa must submit a refund application to the administrator of the credit card used within a maximum of 72 (72) hours after accepting and confirming the condition of the returned goods. The refund time is determined by the credit card administrator at their own discretion.
